DMCA Policy

afdah respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.

Notice of Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated agent with the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it

  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury

Important Note

afdah does not host, upload, or store any video content on our servers. We are an informational platform that provides links and information about streaming services. Any DMCA complaints should be directed to the actual content hosting platform.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction

Repeat Infringer Policy

afdah will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
